Apple has been sued in federal court over what plaintiffs allege is fake promoting of a number of Apple Intelligence options.
Filed Wednesday in U.S. District Courtroom in San Jose, the swimsuit seeks class-action standing and damages on behalf of those that bought Apple Intelligence-capable iPhones and different gadgets. Plaintiffs declare that system house owners haven’t acquired the Apple Intelligence options they had been promised.

The swimsuit is the most recent headache for Apple because it struggles to convey extremely anticipated Apple Intelligence capabilities to market.
