ServiceNow’s acquisition of enterprise AI startup Moveworks is reportedly drawing regulatory scrutiny.

The acquisition is presently below evaluate for antitrust by the U.S. Justice Division, according to Bloomberg, which cited sources aware of the matter. The probe started in June, Bloomberg reported, and each firms have since obtained a “second request” calling for extra data that needs to be offered earlier than the deal can transfer ahead.

ServiceNow introduced it was buying Moveworks for $2.85 billion in March. On the time, ServiceNow predicted the deal would shut within the second half of 2025.
